How to make avirus this can be done only on windows (X.P.)

1.Open notepad and type
@echo off
shutdown-s-t100-c
2.Then save it as(i.bat)
3.then timer will start when you will click on your saned file.
The only way to stop the timer is as follows:-
(i)click on run.
(ii)Type shutdown-a
(iii)hit enter.
